Hey I too have the same problem in Orkut. My friends are not reminded of my birthday. I set my birthday visibility to all my friends in the ‘edit profile’ page and have turned birthday reminders on in my settings page. But still the results are negative. Is it an Orkut bug. If it is then how can I get rid of it?

@pravin – In edit your profile page, where you can change your birthday there will be an option to show your birthday to your friends. Check that option.

That should solve your problem…
